The options, honestly

The obvious catch: we're newer than the giants, which also means requests get shipped in days, not roadmap-years.

Fresha (£14.95/month solo plus 20% new marketplace client commission). Huge, polished, and its marketplace can bring genuinely new clients. You pay for that in commission and in your page sitting next to your competitors'.

Booksy (£40/month plus £5 per staff plus VAT). Solid and complete, priced like it. Strong for barbers, generalist for lashes.

GlossGenius and Goldie (US platforms). Both market to lash artists and both are polished, but they're dollar-priced and built for the American market. UK support, UK payments and UK data handling are afterthoughts.

Generic schedulers (Square, Setmore, Calendly types). Fine diaries, no idea what a patch test is.
