A lash booking that will not let them skip the patch test.
If a client reacts and you cannot show a valid test, the consent, and the adhesive batch, you are on your own. Glow records those and will not let them book a full set without a test that is still in date.
What lash techs actually need recorded
A first full set without a documented patch test is how claims start. Insurers typically want a test 24 hours before treatment, and a new one after a six-month gap or an adhesive change. Glow does not decide your policy. It records what you set, and it enforces it at booking.
- Patch test booked, dated, passed or failed, with an expiry you choose per category (lashes default to 6 months, 24 hours' lead).
- A client with no valid test cannot book the treatment online. They book the test and the set together.
- Infills stay inside the window you set. A fill after 21 days is a full set, not a fudge.
- Consultation signed before they sit down. Aftercare sent when you mark them done.
- Adhesive and product batches on the appointment, so the evidence pack is already there.
